1. Reach Out
After you reach out, we will get back to you with a quote. Once you decide to move forward, we will send you an invoice and a deposit will be required.
2. Upload your Logbook Photos
Once your deposit is paid, you will receive a unique DropBox link from us. This will allow you a place to securely upload photos of each logbook page. You will never have to hand over your physical logbook.
3. Hang Out!
After your photos are uploaded, we will start the process of converting your logbook. This process may take a few weeks, but rest assured your data is in good hands!
4. Get Your Completed Logbook
Once your electronic logbook is complete, you will receive the final invoice for the balance due. Your digital logbook file will be sent to you once the final payment is received.
Your logbook will be sent in a .CSV file which you will be able to upload to the electronic logbook service of your choice. While we personally prefer and use LogTen Pro, any logbook service should provide an upload option!
